Victor's answer came to me by email. I'll publish it along with my answer:

In regulations, the coefficient of 1.2 has existed for a long time. 2003, when launching on Centrilifts and Reda himself personally used this value, and in 2004 we were already convinced of its defectiveness, therefore, when setting the tap, we added 250V to the calculated one. I haven’t seen anything about a calculator in the regulations (I know a lot of ESP specialists). It is easier and more informative to correct the output voltage in “CURRENT SETTINGS” pos. 013 or 014 depending on the controller version. The points in VFD will be automatically recalculated and placed as needed. All this only works if the coefficient is NOT equal to 1.2, but significantly higher. Personally, in my opinion, the option to optimize the output voltage is THE BEST!!!. The produced fluid has different densities at different times, and this option constantly monitors the operating currents and after a given period of time adjusts the output voltage, eliminating the supply of wasteful voltage to ESP. The most important thing is to set the correct tap! And the fact that you write that the coefficient of 1.2 works - then apparently your depth is no more than 200 - 400 m, i.e. dropsy. Good luck!
My answer:Messages to your email come from the forum, these are just duplicate posts.
I would be grateful if the discussion were held on the forum. We don't have a hidden secret society

I know how to choose a solder. I can count, I understand physics...
Try to explain it clearly and intelligibly ON THE FORUM to people whose education is not related to electronics.
And why are you complaining about the 1.2 coefficient, it WORKS, simply because 60/50=1.2. Further increases are introduced by a correction for the cable, it is higher for a frequency generator of the order of 10-20%% (I take 70V per km instead of the prescribed 50V if there is no data on temperature), in the end it turns out the same Faberge only from the side, but it’s much easier to calculate this way.
