Today I encountered the following problem: when starting ESP from VSD Elekton 05.09-630A, after about 10 minutes of operation, the insulation began to decrease and within 5 minutes it dropped to zero. I pulled back the submersible cable and rang it, the insulation was more than 100 mOhm. I completely turned off the TMS ground block and started the well without the block and without the board, I insulated the Riz wire and everything from that bundle. After about 15 minutes of work, the story repeated itself. VSD works with the TMS unit and insulation protection turned off, after the insulation resistance reading drops to zero around 90 kOhm. If anyone has had a similar situation, please share information on how to resolve it.

Сегодня столкнулся с такой бедой: при запуске УЭЦН от СУ Электон 05.09-630А приблизительно после 10 минут работы стала снижаться изоляция и за минут 5 упала до нуля. Откинул и прозвонил погружной кабель, изоляция составила более 100 мОм. Полностью отключил наземный блок ТМС и запустил скважину уже без блока и без платы, провод Riz и все из того пучка заизолировал. Через примерно минут 15 работы история повторилась. СУ работает с отключенным блоком ТМС и защитой по изоляции, после падения на ноль показания по сопротивлению изоляции в районе 90 кОм. Если у кого нибудь была подобная ситуация, поделитесь информацией по способам устранения.

What if you disconnect the "0" wire? If that doesn't help, you can try replacing the controller.

А если отключить "0" провод? Если не поможет, то можно попробовать заменить контроллер.

Turned it off. The meter is the lower controller, should I change it? Or are there glitches in the top? This is a question purely for myself, because... No one will stop the well.

Отключал. Измеритель это нижний контроллер, его менять? Или в верхнем глюки? Уже вопрос чисто для себя, т.к. скважину ни кто остановить не даст.

Without stopping, you can try the top controller first. Is there a sequence of actions? Or throw it off?

To replace the controller without stopping the well on Elekton 05, the following measures must be taken:

1.Disable TM

2.Disconnect connector X2 (communication between two controllers);

3.Disconnect connector X1 (external connections)

4.Disconnect connector X3 (power)

5.Change the controller.

6.Connect connector X3 (power)

7. Enter the necessary settings into the controller, calibrate the voltage and currents using clamps and a multimeter.

8.Disconnect connector X3 (power)

9.Connect connector X1 (external connections)

10. Connect connector X3 (power)

11. Connect connector X2 (communication between two controllers);

12. Connect the TM, having previously checked the contacts.

It is imperative to follow the sequence of actions, otherwise a stop will occur due to an “accident VFD” in 15 minutes.

Для замены контроллера без остановки скважины на Электоне 05 нужно произвести следующие мероприятия:

1.Отключить ТМ

2.Отключить разъем Х2 (связь между двумя контроллерами);

3.Отключить разъем Х1 (внешние подключения)

4.Отключить разъем Х3 (питание)

5.Поменять контроллер.

6.Подключить разъем Х3 (питание)

7.Внести необходимые уставки в контроллер, откалибровать напряжение и токи по клещам и мультиметру.

8.Отключить разъем Х3 (питание)

9.Подключить разъем Х1 (внешние подключения)

10. Подключить разъем Х3 (питание)

11. Подключить разъем Х2 (связь между двумя контроллерами);

12. Подключить ТМ, предварительно проверив контакты.

Обязательно соблюдать очередность действий, иначе произойдет остановка по «аварии ПЧ» через 15минут.
