Repair VSD Orion-01

On Orion-03 VSDs (2018) the Orion-01 controller boards are dying. The 3-phase voltage input on the PSU board burns out.

What is causing the short? Please share Orion-01 repair experience.

На СУ Орион-03 (2018 г.выпуска) выходят из строя КСУ Орион-01.
Выгорает вход 3 ф напряжения на плате блока питания.
Подскажите пожалуйста что является причиной короткого замыкания.
Поделитесь пожалуйста опытом ремонта КСУ Орион-01.

Perhaps the protective varistors (which are in blue cases) have leaked. They are designed for a certain (small) amount of power absorption. To check they just need to be unsoldered. If you have a schematic diagram, post it. We'll see.

Возможно потекли защитные варисторы(которые в синих корпусах). Они рассчитаны на определённое (небольшое)количество поглощений мощности. Для проверки их нужно просто отпаять. Если есть принципиальная схема - выкладывайте. Будем посмотреть.

Repaired. They threw out the three-phase rectifier, put in a single-phase diode bridge and power it from one phase.

Ремонтировали. Выкидывали трехфазный выпрямитель, Ставится однофазный диодный мост и запитывается от одной фазы.

Кокой элемент схемы является первопричиной короткого замыкания?
После демонтажа 3-фазного выпрямителя вероятно нужно и удалить причину К.З.
