1. remove thermistors;
2. connect +15VD;
3. connect +/-15V;
4. connect +5VD;
5. apply voltage +15VD and +5VD simultaneously;
6. for heating you will have to use a TK24 thermostat at 20 degrees. 
7. connect heating to any phase

2. подключить +15VD;

5. напряжение +15VD и +5VD подавать одновремнно;
6. на подогрев придется использовать термостат ТК24 на 20 гр. 
7. подогрев подключить на любую фазу

You can also install a new native one. But the native scheme works for no more than 1 month. VSD is returned for repairs with a burnt VSD.

Можно и новый родной поставить. Но родная схема работает не более 1 месяца. СУ возвращают в ремонт с обгоревший КСУ.

Может причина не в блоке? Следов сероводорода нет? Почерневшие силовые клеммы? Тоже штука такая, любит "издеваться" над электроникой
