I don’t quite understand the question, should you read the printout, or look at the printout for a detailed report on a specific accident? In any case, it is advisable to attach a printout (to talk in detail). The printout must first be archived (otherwise it will not be possible to attach it to the forum).
And on IGBT the station usually gets up:
a) either due to overload VSD, when hardware protection is triggered before the overload setting (analogous to short circuit protection in VSD with direct start), for example, when the maximum current of the station is exceeded, or when the output cable from VSD has a short circuit, for example, to ground (poor insulation).
b) either it happens, but less often than point a, due to failure of IGBT.

Не совсем понял вопрос, вам распечатку прочитать надо, или в распечатке посмотреть подробный отчет по какой то конкретной аварии? В любом случае желательно распечатку приложить (что бы предметно разговаривать). Распечатку предварительно следует заархивировать (иначе приложить на форуме не получится).
А по IGBT обычно станция встает:
а) либо из за перегруза СУ, когда аппаратная защита срабатывает раньше уставки перегруза (аналог защиты по короткому замыканию в СУ с прямым пуском), например при превышении максимального тока станции, либо когда выводной кабель из СУ коротит например на землю (плохая изоляция).
б) либо бывает, но реже чем пункт а, из-за выхода из строя IGBT.
