1. General information about the product
1.1 Name and designation: gas separator-disperser GSDAO5-5M2E.

1.2 Purpose

The gas separator-disperser is intended to reduce free gas in formation fluid (a mix of oil, produced water, and petroleum gas), maximum density 1400 kg/m3, maximum produced-water cut 99%, pH 5.0-8.5, maximum solids 1000 mg/l at particle microhardness not more than 7 Mohs. Maximum kinematic viscosity of single-phase fluid at which the unit runs without change of head and efficiency - 1 mm2/s. Maximum H2S for the gas separator-disperser - 1.25 g/l. Maximum free gas at the intake - 75% by volume. Pumped fluid temperature, C, not more than 150 C. Gas separation coefficient 0.6.

The gas separator-disperser shaft is made of hardened material 05Kh16N4D2B-T11 per TU 14-1-5518-2005 (sigma 0.2 >= 110 kgf/mm2), with an involute spline profile.

Дата выпуска: 04.12.2014. Изготовитель: ОАО АЛНАС, Татарстан. Зав. № 1141201325.
1.2 Назначение: снижение содержания свободного газа в пластовой жидкости (нефть, вода, газ) до приема насоса.

This is the equipment record from the ESP kit. QC stamps go in the pump (ESP) equipment record. If the gas separator ships as a standalone product, QC stamps are entered the same way as on this downhole sensor (TMS) equipment record:

Это паспорт из комплекта УЭЦН, в комплекте, отметки ОТК ставятся в паспорте на насос (ЭЦН), по идее, если ГС идет как самостоятельное изделие, то ставятся отметки ОТК, наподобие как на фото паспорта ТМСП:
