Updating the controller software VSD "Elekton-05"

Good day!

We encountered a similar problem while fishing. We downloaded the files for updating the software (firmware) of the controller to VSD "Elekton-05" on the website elekton.ru, here is the link http://www.elekton.ru/soft.shtml. When we tried to flash the controller, we didn’t get any results, we acted exactly according to the instructions downloaded with the update file. Below is the text of the instructions:

1. Format USB-Flash with FAT32 file system

2. Unpack the archive to the root of the USB-Flash drive.
The "NewFlash" folder will be created on the USB Flash drive.
The folder contains the following files:
1) Elekton-18.dfm
2) instructions.txt
3) Changes.doc

3. Install the prepared USB-Flash into the USB connector of the VSD controller.
The recording of the chronology of events will begin.
Once the recording is complete, the software file will begin checking.
(From software version 18.05, before reprogramming to the display
controller will display a confirmation message
reprogramming.
To confirm reprogramming, press Enter.
To cancel reprogramming, click "Cancel".)

4. After the test is completed, the controller display will go dark for 15 seconds
and the controller program will reboot.5. Remove the USB-Flash from the USB connector of the VSD controller.

6. Remove the "NewFlash" folder from the USB-Flash drive.

We do everything as it is written, but we stop at point 3, when the recording of the chronology of events is completed and the firmware process should begin, but it does not.

Maybe someone has encountered this, we will be glad to receive any advice.

Доброго времени суток!

Столкнулись с такой проблемой на промысле. Скачали файлы для обновления ПО (прошивки) контроллера на СУ "Электон-05" на сайте elekton.ru, вот ссылка http://www.elekton.ru/soft.shtml. При попытке прошить контроллер, ни к какому результату не пришли, действовали точно по инструкции скачанной с файлом обновления. Ниже текст инструкции:

1. Отформатировать USB-Flash файловой системой FAT32

2. Распаковать архив в корень USB-Flash диска.
На USB-Flash диске будет создана папка "NewFlash".
В папке находятся файлы:
1) Elekton-18.dfm
2) инструкция.txt
3) Изменения.doc

3. Установить подготовленную USB-Flash в разъём USB контроллера СУ.
Начнётся запись хронологии событий.
По окончанию записи начнётся проверка файла ПО.
(С версии ПО 18.05 перед перепрограммированием на дисплей
контроллера будет выведено сообщение о подтверждении
перепрограммирования.
Для подтверждения перепрограммирования нажмите "Ввод".
Для отказа от перепрограммирования нажмите "Отмена".)

4. После окончания проверки дисплей контроллера погаснет на 15 секунд
и произойдёт перезагрузка программы контроллера.

5. Извлеките USB-Flash из разъёма USB контроллера СУ.

6. Удалите папку "NewFlash" с USB-Flash диска.

Всё делаем так как написано, но останавливаемся на пункте 3, когда запись хронологии событий завершена и должен начаться процесс прошивки, но не начинается.

Может кто сталкивался, будем рады любым советам.

Are you sure this is your tenth controller?
By the way, the firmware on the site is ancient. They do not monitor the release of firmware.

А контроллер у вас точно десятый?
Прошивка на сайте, кстати говоря, древняя. Не следят они за выкладыванием прошивок.

I confirm that the offsite version is ancient. It seems like Elekton forgot that they have a website

А не пробовали собственно у "официалов" запросить обнову?
Подтверждаю, на офсайте версия древняя. Такое ощущение, на Электоне сами забыли, что у них есть сайт

Прикреплены прошивки для десятых контроллеров, нижнего и верхнего.

There is a division of controller software among oil companies due to contradictions in the Technical Requirements. And you cannot know exactly in detail what the features of a particular program are. Some programs are intended exclusively for testing and most likely contain errors and will not go into mass production.
In this regard, I can please you that from this year, due to the appearance of “incomprehensible” controllers of the Elekton-10 series, you have an excellent opportunity to use crooked software to make a “brick” out of a controller. The measures are not radical yet and the “brick” can be cured. But no one needs these extra problems. If VSD was acquired legally, then you can safely contact the Elekton service for the software. Just do this from the official mailbox of your organization. Letters from mailboxes like Vasya@mail.ru will be ignored.
For software for controllers of the Elekton-08 and Elekton-09 series, please contact the marketing department of JSC "Elekton".

Происходит разделение ПО контроллера по нефтяным компаниям из-за противоречий в Технических требованиях. И Вы не можете точно в деталях знать в чём особенности конкретной программы. Часть программ предназначены исключительно для испытаний и скорее всего содержат ошибки и в серийное производство не пойдут.
В связи с этим могу порадовать Вас, что с этого года в связи появлением "непонятных" контроллеров серии Электон-10 у Вас появляется прекрасная возможность с помощью кривого ПО сделать из контроллера "кирпич". Меры пока не радикальные и можно "кирпич" вылечить. Но никому эти лишние проблемы не нужны. Если СУ приобретена законно, то можете смело обратиться за ПО в сервис Электона. Только делайте это с официального ящика своей организации. Письма с ящиков типа Vasya@mail.ru будут игнорироваться.
За ПО контроллеров серии Электон-08 и Электон-09 необходимо обращаться в отдел маркетинга ЗАО "Электон".
