Unlock overload Block to ready-to-start

Screen says: Stop overload Block. How do I unlock it so "ready to start" comes up?

Надпись на экране: Стоп перегруз блок. Как сделать деблокировку, чтобы появилась надпись - готов к пуску?

Press CANCEL (ESC), or, if that doesn’t help, STOP, or stop and cancel in turn.

Нажать ОТМЕНА (ESC), либо, если не помогло, СТОП (STOP), либо по очереди стоп и отмену.
