This is a short circuit input (contact thermometer), cooling of the VSD has nothing to do with it. Check the low-current terminal block of external connections for the presence of dirt oxides and short circuits to the housing. If it doesn’t help, find where this discrete T is connected and check the serviceability of the wire insulation and connections to the control circuits, perhaps there are oxides or a short circuit there too

Это вход на замыкание (контактный термометр), охлаждение станции управления тут ни при чем. Проверьте слаботочный клеммник внешних подключений на наличие окислов грязи, короткого замыкания на корпус. Если не помогло, найдите куда подключается это дискретное Т и проследите исправность изоляции проводов и подключения к цепям управления, возможно там тоже есть окислы, либо замыкание
