The yellow LED lit up, the battery charge was shown on the screen - the changed trans hummed. As soon as work started, the display went out, but the engine continued to spin up and gained momentum. After 10 seconds, smoke started pouring out - it was a trance. He didn’t have time to die, they turned off VFD. We disconnected the engine, let VFD idle - everything happened again. Moreover, if you turn off the power machine while on the go, without turning off the control, the display comes to life and shows the operation, the current frequency, until it is cut off due to the lack of input voltage. What kind of power unit can put such a load on the trans that powers the controller?

СУ Электон - 05. Стоит на станке-качалке. Приехал менять транс питающий контроллер. Заменил. Включил СУ. Контроллер нормально загрузился, выдал готовность к пуску. Нажал на пуск.Загорелась жёлтый светодиод, на экране - заряд батареи - поменянный транс загудел. Только пошла работа - дисплей погас, а движок продолжал раскручиваться, набрал обороты. Секунд через 10 повалил дым - это транс. Сдохнуть он не успел, выключили СУ. Отсоединили движок, пустили СУ на холостом ходу - всё повторилось. Причём если на ходу отключить силовой автомат, не отключая управление - дисплей оживает и показывает работу, текущую частоту, пока не вырубается по отсутствию входного напряжения. Что же из силовой части может так нагружать транс, питающий контроллер?
