Если в СУ стоит ТМС, то изоляцию измеряет она. 1.Проверьте, получает ли контроллер данные с ТМС.
М.б. такая ситуация, что, например, в уставках не выставлена связь с ТМС, и КСУ пытается измерить Rиз своим входом, а он брошен в непонятном состоянии, соответственно черте какие значения при полностью исправном оборудовании. 2.Косяк ТМС, при работе ПЭД в нуле ТМПН и ПЭД имеется переменное напряжение перекоса.
При х..вом фильтре в наземке или погружнине происходит выпрямление, и показания с наземки могут покривиться как в +, так и в -. Но при данном заложенном косяке в стопе изоляция должна быть в норме!
Только в работе ЭЦН! В работе можно поиграть выходной частотой и, возможно, показания по изоляции изменятся, но опять же не предсказуемо.
