Professional Code of Conduct & Technical Integrity

Post by ALSEngineer »

1. Mission Objective
The ESP-Forum is a high-level technical repository designed to mitigate the "Great Crew Change" and facilitate international knowledge transfer in the Artificial Lift industry.

2. Technical Accuracy
Members are encouraged to provide data-driven insights. When discussing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) or VFD configurations, please reference industry standards (API, IEEE, GOST) where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
Users must ensure that shared technical drawings, manuals, or field data do not violate corporate NDAs. We foster an environment of "Open Knowledge" within the bounds of professional ethics.

4. Peer Recognition
This platform serves as a "Technical Bridge." High-quality contributions that solve complex field challenges are recognized through our reputation system, building a verified hierarchy of global ESP experts.

5. Language & Tone
The primary language of technical exchange is English. We maintain a strictly professional, respectful, and results-oriented communication style.
