Сам столкнулся с данным идиотизмом Электонов : менять регистры по основным параметрам для SCADA в разных версия. Такое предположение, что у них текучка кадров и каждый уносит карту регистров с собой....идиоты.
Периодически работаю с буржуйскими, так там основные регистры остаются постоянными. Даже при выпуске новых CУ, они могут только дополняться новыми.
