Instructions for setting up and programming IND VSD Triol

Programmer installation:
1. Install the driver CDM20600.exe
2. Connect the programmer and wait for installation

5. Install the software for the USB HASP key and run the file Configurator\HASP_Setup.msi
6. After installing Configurator\HASP_Setup.msi, insert the USB HASP key and wait for it to be configured
7. Next, copy the specdig and Configurator folders to the root of drive C (otherwise the program will not work)
8. From the specdig folder, copy the file specdig\SdOpts.cfg and paste it into the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder
9. Next, connect the programmer to the computer and to VSD as in the photo10. Run the program specdig\sdflash\bin\PROG IND.exe WITH VSD OFF. Установка программатора:
1. Устанавливаем драйвер CDM20600.exe
2. Подключаем программатор ждем установки

3. Настраиваем ком порт программатора как описано далее Настройка порта программатора.wmv ПОРТ доржен быть установлен вторым COM 2
4. Далее настраиваем ком порт блока AUSB для конфигурирования блока IND как описано далее Настройка порта блока AUSB.wmv ПОРТ доржен быть установлен COM 1
5. Устанавливаем программное обеспечение для USB HASP ключа запускаем файл Конфигуратор\HASP_Setup.msi
6. После установки Конфигуратор\HASP_Setup.msi вставляем USB HASP ключ, ждем его настройки
7. Далее копируем папки specdig и Конфигуратор в корень диска С( иначе программа работать не будет )
8. Из папки specdig копируем файл specdig\SdOpts.cfg и вставляем в папку C:\WINDOWS\system32
9. Далее подключаем программатор к компьютеру и к СУ как на фото
10. Запускаем программу specdig\sdflash\bin\ПРОГ IND.exe ПРИ ЭТОМ СУ ВЫКЛЮЧЕНА. Далее все как на видео Програмирование IND.wmv, комментарий к видео : выбираем файл- открыть проект specdig\IND_С.sdp проверяем версию прошивки для этого жмем PROJECT SETTINGвкладка PROGRAMMING в окоше FLASH DATA FILE должна прописана данная версия ПО IND_AK06_37040.out , закрываем вкладку, нажимаем R, включаем питание СУ жмем кнопку FLASH ( слева от R ) в появившемся окне жмем старт и ждем окончания программирования, отключаем питание СУ.
11. Далее отключаем программатор, подключаем блок AUSB к СУ как на фото:
12. Вставляем хасп ключ в компьютер:
13. запускаем программу Конфигуратор\KonfigAK.exe , подаем питание на СУ и далее как на видео Конфигурация привода_асинх. с блоком BVAK.wmv.
14. Далее программируем контролер УМКА 03 , но перед этим заходим в системапаролипароль производителя , вводим 2404 или 1. Заходим в настройку приводакалибровка другое и записываем параметр емкость фильтра (в амперах).
15. Далее как на видео :Прошивка УМКА 03.wmv вставляем флэшку в УМКА03, сначала обновляем загрузчик, далее прошивка 31.60
16. Далее нужно настроить параметры 1. Параметры установкиемкость фильтра ручная, установить значение которое должны посмотреть согласно п.14, далее заходим в системапаролипароль производителя , вводим 2404 или 1. Заходим в настройку приводакалибровка другое выставить значение «ДА» в пункте калибровка реактивного тока , после этого изменится емкость фильтра на ту которую установили в параметрах установки.
2. Заходим в защиты МТЗ (максимальная токовая) вставляем уставку МТЗ порог равной уставке МТЗ в работе, далее выставляем уставку МТЗ интеграл =1000А.
