Installing PU-5 cable protectors on flange connections

PU-5 cable protectors.

Assembly of PU-5 cable protectors from TyumenSibMash from TyumenSibMash on flange connections.

1. Back out screws 1 on the PU-5 cable protector far enough to allow install.

2. Adjust the width of PU-5 clamp 2 to the length of the equipment neck.

3. Slip clamp 2 onto the equipment neck.

4. Close the PU-5, hook on the hinged take-up screw 1, and run it in without force.

5. Run in the hinged take-up screw 1 on the opposite side of the PU-5 without force.

6. Tighten screws 1 with a wrench. Tightening torque 1.5 kgf*m.

7. Back out screw 4 and swing cable retainer 3 open.

8. Lay the Motor Lead Extension (MLE) in the PU-5 groove and close cable retainer 3.

9. Tighten screw 4 on cable retainer 3. Tightening torque 1.5 kgf*m.

Инструкция по монтажу протектолайзеров ПУ-5 производства ООО «ТЮМЕНЬСИБМАШ» на фланцевые соединения.

- Отвернуть винты 1 протектолайзера ПУ-5 так, чтобы возможно было провести монтаж;
- Отрегулировать ширину хомута 2 ПУ-5 по длине шейки элемента установки;
- Надеть хомут 2 ПУ-5 на шейку установки;
- Закрыть ПУ-5, накинуть и завинтить без усилия шарнирно закрепленный стягивающий винт 1;
- Завинтить без усилия шарнирно закрепленный стягивающий винт 1 с обратной стороны ПУ-5;
- Затянуть винты 1 ключом. Момент затяжки 1,5 кгс*м;
- Отвернуть винт 4 и откинуть кабельный фиксатор 3 ПУ-5;
- Положить кабель-удлинитель в паз ПУ-5 и закрыть кабельный фиксатор 3;
- Затянуть винт 4 кабельного фиксатора 3. Момент затяжки 1,5 кгс*м.
