INM VSD IGBT key temperature

Trouble: INM 800 VSD tripped on IGBT key temperature. History shows rectifier key temperature 28775 degrees. Where to dig, what to swap?

Беда станция инм 800 встала по температуре ключей смотрю историю температура ключей выпрямителя 28775 градусов куда копать что менять подскажите

I think it's from a temperature sensor (look in the diagram), it's screwed into the VSD somewhere on the radiator. Before replacing, check the integrity of the wiring and contact according to the diagram. As for me, it looks like a break, or the sensor has died.

Думаю с термодатчика (искать на схеме), в СУ где нибудь на радиаторе прикручен. Перед заменой, проверить целостность проводки и контакта по схеме. Как по мне, так похоже на обрыв, либо помер датчик.
