A wide range of GOST-standard ESPs is available, allowing for precise equipment selection to match virtually any operational environment.
GOST-standard ESPs feature a modular design available in five main Series (OD sizes). A typical string includes a discharge head (with a fishing neck for tubing connection), middle sections, a pump intake or gas separator, and check and drain valves.
For high GOR (gas-oil ratio) applications, a gas separator with an intake screen can be used, eliminating the need for a separate intake module.
If a slotted intake filter (ZHNSHA) is installed, the gas separator must be configured without intake ports or a base screen. Pump sections are available in various lengths to ensure an optimal ESP string configuration for any well profile.
Intermediate radial bearings are installed throughout the entire length of each section. Optimal bearing spacing ensures reliable operation and extended run-life (MTBF) across a wide range of well conditions.
