кто подскажет что за ошибка выскакивает на контроллере СУ ЭЛ-05 при включении питания "Неисправность ПЧ. (Inv2; U-V-W) В инструкции не нашли, позвонили с промысла-преподнесли так. СУ вроде потом запустили.

сбой связи с нижним контроллером, верхний версии 10.1 пока помагает только перезагрузка станции или открываешь нижнюю дверь и пробуешь передернуть разъемы, в новой версии станций второй контроллер в разобранном виде

Эта ошибка указывает на неисправность драйвера или модуля IGBT. Если при повторном запуске СУ включается,скорее всего сработала аппаратная защита по перегрузу(микроклин,прострел кабеля по изоляции).Какой драйвер неисправен можно посмотреть в заводских настройках под паролем.Но это большой геморрой,т.к. информация записана в таком виде,что расшифровать её сможет не каждый сервисник с завода.По хронологии можно посмотреть по какой фазе неисправность.

Inv2 is the output of VFD. Inv1 is the active rectifier (if available)
U-V-W are phases. The inscription may look like "Inv2: U" This means you need to look at the fault in phase U at the output of the control system. U-V-W fault in all 3 phases. But most likely this is a lack of connection in the driver connectors.
The inscription may also look like Uhi - the upper key of the U phase. Or Wlo - the lower key of the W phase.

Inv2 - это выход ПЧ. Inv1 - это активный выпрямитель (если есть)
U-V-W - это фазы. Надпись может выглядеть "Inv2: U" Это значит необходимо смотреть на неисправность в фазе U на выходе СУПЧ. U-V-W неисправность во всех 3 фазах. Но скорее всего это отсутствие соединения в разъёмах драйверов.
Также надпись может выглядеть Uhi - верхний ключ фазы U. Или Wlo - нижний ключ фазы W.
Все аварийные состояния сбрасываются нажатием на кнопку "Пуск". Перед нажатием на кнопку Пуск обращайте внимание на другие защиты. К примеру "Низкое давление на приёме" может не позволить это сделать.
