Elekton-07 VSD problem with soft starter phasing

Writes Chered. soft starter phases and does not start. I flashed the working firmware, version 2105, tried to change the phasing, although it was set according to the marks. rebooted. I tried turning on the power circuits/controls in different sequences.

Пишет Черед. фаз УПП и не запускается. Рабочей прошивкой прошивал, версия 2105, фазировку пробовал менять, хотя сажали по меткам. перезагружал. Пробовал в разной последовательности включать силовые цепи/управление.

Most likely the problem is in the UPP board, when during a soft start it looks at the alternation and throws the data into VSD

Try setting the acceleration rate to be higher and 1 Hz per second accordingly, also edit the alarm when triggered

Попробуйте поставить темп разгона побольше и по 1 Гц в сек соответственно зсп по срабатыванию тоже подредактируйте

On the soft starter, check fuses F1, F2, F3
If there are 5 and 7 harmonics in the network on comparators (LM111) DA17, DA18, DA19, solder 0.1 µF capacitors between legs 2 and 3

На УПП проверить ]предохранители F1, F2, F3
При наличии 5 и 7 гармоник в сети на компараторах (LM111) DA17,DA18,DA19 между ножками 2 и 3 впаять конденсаторы 0,1 мкФ
