Per section 6 of this instruction, classify the shutdown cause: Instruction for ESP startup and servicing
Then per the customer instruction (for Rosneft, for example, this is ETT (Unified Technical Requirements)), take the corresponding actions: ETT 6.0 Rosneft (Unified Technical Requirements)
