Can anyone explain what this is, the motor is a valve motor, the station happens when the frequency overclocks, this protection is triggered

When operating valve (synchronous) ESP (as opposed to asynchronous), the VFD must “know” in which position the motor rotor is located. VFD sets a certain speed and controls whether the engine rotates at this speed (synchronization frequency), after which it accelerates the engine a little more and controls the speed again. If the rotation speed does not coincide with the set frequency, or VFD for some reason could not determine the rotation speed of ESP, desynchronization occurs and VFD stops ESP. The root cause could be, for example, overload (wedge as an option), incorrect VFD settings, some kind of interference, poor contact... There are a lot of reasons. Explained in a simplified way for understanding. Haters love you!

При работе вентильного (синхронного) ПЭД (в отличие от асинхронного), станция управления должна "знать", в каком положении находится ротор двигателя. СУ задает определенную частоту вращения и контролирует, вращается ли двигатель с этой частотой (частота синхронизации), после этого еще немного разгоняет двигатель и опять контролирует частоту вращения. Если частота вращения не совпадает с заданной частотой, либо СУ по каким либо причинам не смогла определить скорость вращения ПЭД, наступает рассинхронизация и СУ останавливает ПЭД. Первопричиной может быть например перегруз (клин как вариант), не корректные уставки СУ, какие либо помехи, плохой контакт... Причин масса. Объяснил упрощенно, для понимания. Хейтеры люблю Вас!
