Поделитесь пожалуйста, накопилось много котроллеров электон 09,2 с проблемой дисбаланс по току , как лечить эту проблему ? никогда не смотрел эту тему и вдруг взялся, хотелось бы узнать от вас информацию. за ранее спасибо.

What kind of imbalance? Is it always the same value? Or jumps (5-25%)? What version of software? The firmware is 2.57. Look at the correction coefficients; hardware rarely runs at 9.2, except for the power supply. It would be nice to attach a chronology.

Дисбаланс какого рода? Постоянно стоит одно значение? Или прыгает (5-25%)? Какая версия п\о? Прошей 2.57. Смотри коэффициенты коррекции, по железу редко что летит в 9.2, кроме блока питания. Неплохо было бы прикрепить хронологию.

получается при холостой работе контроллера. Выходной ток ПЧ U и W по 46 ампер, с десятками, такие же примерно токи двигателя , тоже по двум фазам. Версия прошивки у нас 2.54.Вроде прошивки не влияют на холостои ход.

Под паролем в заводских настройках выстави ток станции. Посмотри как влияет уставки Смещение "0" по фазам, и что показывает ток id (звено постоянного тока). Далее замер питания датчиков Lem двуполярное +- 15 вольт с блока питания и на разьемах xs6, xs7, проверка группы резисторов 7.5 ом, Если все в норме то замена операционных усилителей da6, da7.
